Lights Out Decaf is crafted from Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties grown by small producers in Suaza, Huila, Colombia, at elevations of 1,400 to 1,700 meters. The coffee undergoes a washed process and is decaffeinated using a water and ethyl acetate (EA) method, with the EA naturally sourced from local sugar cane. This results in a cup with deep sweetness reminiscent of dried fruits.
