This washed lot from Tablón de Gómez in Nariño was produced by six smallholders from the Terra Association and Cafés Especiales de Nariño Cooperative. Grown at 2100 masl in cool, humid conditions ideal for slow cherry maturation, it offers a sweet and clean profile with comforting notes of chocolate, stone fruit, and nuts.
