This honey-processed Pacamara from Luis Alberto Balladarez’s Finca La Bendicion in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, is syrupy and indulgent with notes of dark molasses, Comice pear, and cranberry jam on cream tea scones. Grown at 1300 MASL and dried slowly on raised beds at Las Segovias Mill, this coffee captures the farm’s biodiversity and the varietal’s signature richness and complexity.
